                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A 
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM MICHAEL A. LANE AND 
                   DEBORAH K. LANE, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 
                   72, HIXSON COLLECTION SYSTEM, TRACT NO. 078, 
                   FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF ONE THOUSAND 
                   FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS

              	   BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
         the purchase of a sanitary sewer easement from Michael A. Lane 
         and Deborah K. Lane, relative to Contract No. 72, Hixson 
         Collection System, Tract No. 078, for a total consideration of 
         $1,420.00.
